Is there a booking confirmation nearer the day, perhaps by email etc?

The reason I ask is that the event is obviously some way off still and things can change for people and those people may not mention that or forget they were even coming.

That being the case, it'd be nice if those on the reserve list know they've made it on to the main list before the day.

Don't worry mate. Names taken from the reserve list will be emailed if a cancellation occurs from the main list.

This site is monitered at least once or twice a week.
